How to Use: Close the Rotimaker and plug it into the wall outlet, you will notice that the red powerlight and the green ready light will go on, indicating that the Roti maker hasbegun preheating.

Time it Take: It will takeapproximately 3 to 5 minutes to reach baking temperature. The red power lightwill remain on until you unplug your Roti maker. When the green light goes off,the Roti maker is ready for use.

Instructions: Open the roti makerand make each piece of about 1/2’’ diameter (please remember to keep kneadeddough out for at least 30 minutes before you start making roties). Slightlyflatten it and place it off centre towards the highest on the bottom plate ofyour Roti Maker. Quickly and firmly press down, closing the upper plate. Holdfor less than a second. Open it immediately and centre it. Leave it this wayfor about 15-20 seconds. Turn the roti and in about 20-25 second you’ll see airbubbles begin to appear on the top surface of the roti. When this happens turnthe roti to the side and very gently shut the Upper plate. The roti will startpuffing up on both sides and in a few seconds is ready for serving. Once theroti cooked, open the Roti Maker and carefully remove it from the Roti Makerwith a non-metallic utensil. Once you are finished cooking, disconnect the plugfrom the wall outlet and leave the Roti maker open to cool.

Precautions: Never touch thecooking surface with sharp, pointy or metal objects. This could damage theno-stick surface.
